CAMPER

MAIL

Kids love camper mail, adults love mail too! So send letters to your child – send them even before your child is at camp so they will be here when they arrive. It is very important for both campers and parents to send and receive mail. We urge you and your child to write to each other. Please use the mailing address shown below

Camper Name
Camp Rappahannock
21457 Happyland Drive
Richardsville, VA 22736

Please be sure to send a supply of envelopes, paper, pens, and stamps with your child. It is easier for them to write home if they are equipped with pre-addressed and stamped envelopes or postcards. They will have the opportunity to write each day during the rest period.

PACKAGES

If you mail a package to your child, please do not send food, as we do not allow campers to have food in the cabins. Also, make sure the package has a return address listed on it. Any packages without return addresses will not be opened for security reasons and will be passed on to the proper authorities. Emails will be delivered once a day with regular mail delivery and should be addressed with campers' first & last names.

TELEPHONE

Campers will not be permitted to speak with you on the telephone unless it is an emergency. If you have any concerns, you may contact the Camp Directors or the Camp Office.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

VISITORS

We do not allow daily visitors on camp grounds for the safety of the campers. If you should need to pick up a camper early, please call before arriving.

Camp is secured by a gate entrance and visitors will need to call the gate number listed to gain permission for entrance.
